I'm new to this neighborhood and I came in and got my card and Kirk is an amazing helper. "For one I'm not a gambling person but I have came into Baldinis a few times because of the free play and food comps just in the last month . The food , not so good ,we had to send our fish back 3 times because it wasn't done ,the ranch dressing tasted like mayonnaise , they have no Gluten free options what so ever not at The Empire Diner or the little fast food place which is unbelievable. Second I came in for the early New Years eve party and put a $20 in the machine and my players card because that's the only way you could be entered into the free drawing I went to grab an ashtray and some guy stole my ticket cashed it out and disappeared I told security they found it on the video and told me sorry they couldn't find the guy and all they can do is give me $10 in free play!!! NO I won't be coming back to Baldinis any time soon !!!! But the security guard was hella cute ijs!! After reading all the reviews it's kinda funny that they only respond to the good ones not any of the bad reviews that's bad business!!!"

"This review is for the diner that serve $10.99 steak & shrimp. I asked mine to be medium rare and some part of the steak was completely raw. It was so salty, chewy and not edible. The chef there is not a great cook and is sloppy with the food. What a waste of money, but we left with $110 on top."
