What People Are Saying
from Google"Fun place to have drinks and play games every type of game we could possibly imagine and really good Service."
"If you want a truly unique date experience, take a chance on Glass Die. So what we have here is a brick and mortar location (a great one at that, dead center mid town), with tasty libations, and EVERY GAME EVER CREATED, every type of game, every version, every extra, bonus, power up and doodad as well (ok maybe not EVERY game, but north of 1200 certainly, so your never going to be bored (board, ha!) with your options). Board games, card games, dice games, role playing games, construction games, horror games, funny games, games for kids, adults, family, etc. It's truly an experience. A unique, awesome way to spend your evening. Even if you think that you aren't into games I guarantee there will be something there for you. Furthermore you can rent or buy said massive collection of games and play at their gaming tables with as many of your friends as your little heart desires. During my visit there were parties of more than 10 certainly and every patron in that place was having an incredible time. Lots of laughter and people having fun. It was fun, relaxed, and so unique. It was a blast. Last but not least: they serve mead. You read that right, mead. And it's just as amazing as you imagined when you were reading about medieval times back in school."
"We popped in on a Thursday night while visiting from out of town and loved it so much we came back the next night! If you like board games and beer, this is absolutely heaven! It’s in an easy to get to area of town and everybody’s really nice and friendly! Whoever organized and laid out the board games library is so thoughtful! First of all they have probably 1000 games to choose from! And then they’re organized from left to right, with the first section 2 player games, the next three player games, and so on. They also have a section that is “outdoor friendly games”! They also have a board game shop that has a lot of really cool games, from dice games to board games! It’s not very big, but there was room for us each night. The first night we came about an hour and a half before close and there were about half the tables open. Friday night we did come with a reservation and it never got truly filled up but a comfortable amount of people. Their beer selection is amazing! And if you’re not sure what you would like you can roll two d20s and if you choose one of the drinks that correspond to the number you roll, you get a dollar off your beer! Rose was our bar tender both nights and she was so great!"
"This was 1 of 5 board game stores I checked out in Reno on Saturday Oct 25th, 2025. I was blown away that the store combined beer with board games. (I've seen stores combine food, non-alcoholic drinks + desserts with board games.) The vibe was super friendly. They have a huge library for rent ($6 for 1 visit, $30 for 10 visits, $100 for all year includes $1 off taps and 20% off retail). I usually play in the bay area (northern california) so the yearly price alone would make it worth for me. If I had my own car when I skiied in tahoe, I would probably be here more often. The store has a ton of inventory to purchase and a 50% off section for board games. Outdoor seating available. Not a ton of parking space but super easy free street parking. My pictures are separate from this review as my phone lags super badly when I post from my phone."
"this friendly little gaming store has a wide variety of games, friendly service, and dedicated customers. There's a parking lot, places to play with your friends indoors and outdoors, and they have snacks and beverages, NA, ciders, beers, tea, coffee. i'm not much of a gamer and I still love visiting this corner of Reno."
