from Google"this review is long overdue! great place - family owned/operated - the food is excellent and specials change daily - everything fresh made; inviting atmosphere - plenty of seating - bright and open. and the staff/family are the best - friendly, welcoming - and they don't object if you change an ingredient or add something to the dish you order. go there at *least* once a week - our daughter loves it too😊"
"Wow what a gem!! Great food reasonably priced and the staff is family, attentive and friendly. The fried dessert is yummy. The fried potatoes are fresh not frozen and fried and the scrambled eggs are fluffy and plentiful. The breakfast burrito is big and delicious. This will be a favorite spot to go to repeatedly."
"This place was fantastic! The food was flavorful and large portions. The service was amazing and attentive. My friends and I stopped by on a road trip and my only complaint is we can’t take the Skyline Cafe with us!"
"This small restaurant was very clean and sparsely decorated. Not a lot of personality at all. It did have fresh sunflowers on every table and a variety of house plants that helped liven it up a bit. We were greeted quickly and sat immediately. Our server came over quickly for a drink order. We ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was flat and tasted gross. I got another servers attention, she replaced it with a strawberry lemonade, that was not good either. It had a strong acidic flavor and smelled off. No one noticed that it was never drank and remained full our entire meal. Service was good until our food came then we didnt see a server until after we were all done. I had eggs hashbrowns bacon and a biscuit with gravy. The only good thing was the eggs. Gravy was sweet and tasted floury. Bacon was also not crispy and under cooked. The hashbrowns were really greasy and not very cooked either. Super disappointing. The biscuit was dense and had no flavor. Another order was crepes with Nutella and strawberries and bananas. There was not enough Nutella, crepes were bland and under cooked. The last item we ordered was Huevos Rancheros. The sauce was very sweet, but well liked. For the prices the food was sub par. Our table of 3 with only one drink was $60 before tip. We will not be back. There are way too many great breakfast places in Reno. This unfortunately is not one of them."
"Eaten here a few times. Breakfast burrito, chilaquiles, omelettes have all been good in my experience. Service has usually been attentive, although it’s never been super busy when I’m there."
