"Have loved going here for years and recently stopped by for lunch. They have a great menu with tasteful selections. Atmosphere was inviting as well as the crew. I chose to get a breakfast bagel (everything) and I also ordered the Club on a twisted cheese roll for to go! Delicious, fresh and pricing was even better."

"I live really close to this place and have tried to give it a fair shot. I love coffee and bagels, and occasionally a muffin, so this place seems like a natural choice. However, every single time I go in here, they get my order wrong, whether it is forgetting to give me my coffee and me having to remind them what I ordered, putting cream cheese on my bagel when I asked specifically for none or light spread, or crushing my muffin into an unappetizing mess. The coffee quality is mediocre at best, but the prices reflect something that should be higher quality. Service can be okay about half the time, however some of the staff is very rude and/or clueless. A staff member added "Doo" to the end of the first part of my name because he couldn't remember my name, and repeated it several times. My name isn't even close to that. It would have been better if he just called out the order if he couldn't remember my name. I was actually very bothered by this. Somehow this place is always busy, but it is like the staff is having their first day on the job every time I go in there despite having seen every single member of that staff working there for months. I don't often leave a review, but the name calling and getting my order wrong AGAIN is kind of my last straw. Not to mention is is incredibly over-priced for the quality. Out of the dozen or so times I have been in here, it is astounding to me that they manage to get my order wrong every time; I'm not asking for changes to orders, other than almond milk instead of regular, which they offer. It is basic stuff like slathering cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for none or for incredibly light spread. There was so much cream cheese on my bagel this time, it had depressed the bread into the crust so even scraping it off didn't fix the issue. For the amount I am paying for a basic bagel, coffee, and muffin, I expect the order to be right. I paid $20 for one bagel (ruined by way too much spread which I did not ask for), one muffin crushed by the container, and one latte (made correctly this time, but other times that has not been the case). I feel 2 stars is a generous rating for this establishment considering how consistently terrible the service is and how grimy the tables are. The food would be really good if it wasn't ruined by the time I got it in my hand, regardless of if I am eating in or carrying out."

"Atmosphere felt uneasy as we received stares coming into the restaurant. I was recommended this place by a friend with raving reviews. It was my first time here, so I scanned over the menu carefully. While another customer came in, I told them we were not ready to order yet and to proceed to the register, while the employee yelled “LINE UP IN FRONT OF THE MUFFIN CASE.” The employee did not have a name tag, however, the receipt says “Amelia.” Amelia seemed to have a face of disgust, attitude, and hardly made eye contact throughout the entire interaction. I asked Amelia questions and she was short with her answers. I noticed her behavior was different with the customer I let in front of us, as well as with others in the establishment. I was happy that others were handed their food and told to have a great day. When my food was ready, my name was called out and left on the counter. I am hard of hearing so I was happily awaiting for my food to be handed to me, luckily my partner was able to tell me my order was ready so I could grab it off the counter. Again, I had no interactions (greeting, assistance, or farewell) with any employee aside from the time I ordered. I was planning on dining in, but due to this treatment I received, I ate my food in my vehicle. The food also was sub par. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and advise you also do not dine here."

"Love their bagel Sandwiches. Got there about 2:30. They were in the midst of cleaning up. Selection was a little bit limited. Not surprised. That's what happens when you are late to the party. But, still got a fresh hot sandwich to order with a cafe Americano to go. MFM does not disappoint. A definite favorite breakfast nook. Quaint and excellent little corner cafe."
