What People Are Saying
from Google"I absolutely love Midtown Spirits Wine and Bites. The bartenders are always friendly, welcoming, and fast, and the food is nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this place apart, however, are the owners; they are always so kind and incredibly gracious with their time. It’s a must visit when you’re out and about in Midtown."
"Midtown Spirits Wine & Bites is THE BEST I have ever been to. My friend is a friend of the owners, so since we were leaving Lake Tahoe to go to the airport we stopped by to check it out!!! This is the only place I've ever been able to order a charcuterie board. I totally loved it. We had so many different and very pleasing bites, perfect for cocktails and bourbon and whiskey and cocktails. They had Karin Denise performing, she and I have not seen one another in many years. I met the owners Anthony and Amanda, they acknowledged everyone that came in. Loved the decor. I wish I could have stayed until Sunday, when they have live Jazz. I will be returning soon."
"Very nice wine bar with fantastic live entertainment. I really enjoyed myself listening to live Jazz on a Sunday afternoon!!! The Saxophone solo was just Amazing! They have different bands and genres regularly. They even have a yukaleile night. Which I look forward too."
"Last night, the bar was packed. They had plenty of staff behind the bar, but service was slow. Pot smell was so bad inside the establishment had to leave. No air conditioning and extremely hot. Left sick from the heat and pot smell. I noticed their response to reviews are basic and uncaring."
"They allow harassment and groping here. I’ve never felt more unwelcome and unsafe in a bar before. I was here a week ago and was groped by an older man on the dance floor three times to the point that my friend had to step in and physically move him away from me. I was disrespected and violated. When my friend and I brought it to the bartenders attention, she said that he’s her friend and he does that all the time and I shouldn’t take it personally an should have said something (I was frozen with fear that I would be assaulted and was backing up with my hands up to push him off me). If a patron is harassing young women in your establishment, a business should be doing everything possible to protect her, not blaming her for getting groped by her creepy, grabby friend. He must pay you very well for you to betray the trust of women who come to your bar. You should be ashamed."
