from Google"This place was incredibly busy, with lines out the door several times. We were lucky to have gotten a table just before the rush, so try to time go in way before or after lunch time. We did have to wait a while for our food, but nothing too crazy. In terms of the food and drinks, most everything was very good: Crabs Benedict -- crab was a bit overcooked and dry, but the eggs, bread, potatoes, and peppers were all great. Casino breakfast -- very good, according to my husband. Chocolate & cream laminated croissant -- mindblowingly good, while being not too sweet. Cinnamon morning roll -- also the bomb, according to my husband. Coffee & tea -- also both great. We were very happy with the flavors, the price wasn't cheap but wasn't unreasonable either. Will definitely be coming back."
"We came here 3 days in a row while in town visiting my brother!! Some line outside (understandably) but it moves fast. Every single thing was absolutely amazing. Pistachio Rose croissant is INCREDIBLE -- I expected a thick sweet paste, but it was actually a nice not-overly-sweet cream! Matcha Supreme has very strong perfect matcha flavor that was much appreciated~ Baguette is the best we've had in the USA - after our France trip, we've been hitting every baguette bakery in Chicago and any town we pass! Here it is perfectly crisp and very chewy on the inside. Coffee drinks were lovely. Espresso in the cappuccino and spicy mocha was wonderful. Brewed coffee is so nice and offers a free refill! Special shout out to John, who served us all 3 days. He is so positive energy and matched our excitement for all the goodies! Our family of 5 was a little scattered, trying to decide what we wanted. And he moved very efficiently to keep us going forward and also catch all the orders we were separately yelling out haha. Positive attitude and perfect start to our mornings :)"
"hands down one of my mom and i's favorite brunch spots in reno 💗 it's often pretty busy and bustling, so it can be a little overwhelming if you're in the mood for a more quiet morning, but the energy inside and outside of the cafe is great. there's always plenty of choices when it comes to pastries, and the staff are always extremely helpful and welcoming !! good coffee, even better breakfast potatoes. i wish i had the time to come here more often :)"
"Highly recommend the chorizo croissant and shakshuka. It's definitely worth the 45 min wait. You may not get a table past 11a but the food is made to perfection. So many options to choose from as well!"
"I ordered a dirty chai and one of the baristas swore by the chai and it being hot… got it and i’m 90% sure they forgot about the coffee and when i asked they said it was in there but if it was it wouldn’t have tasted like straight up hot foamy spice water. don’t order the chai, the vanilla latte was pretty good, so if you order a drink order normal coffee for your own taste buds sake. The chocolate croissants was also really good."
