"The service was horrible!! I had to tell the guy my order 3 times because he kept putting it in wrong. Then when he provided me the total, it seemed cheaper than expected, so I asked him to read my order back and he forgot an entire item. Again, this is after telling him 3 times what I ordered... Then, we waited about 30 minutes for 2 coffees, 2 sandwiches, and 1 order of the donuts. We ordered at the pick up window and watched half a dozen cars come and go through the drove thru. The coffees were just okay, the sandwich was not worth it and was extremely skimpy, just look at the photo. The sandwich looks like 2 pieces of bread... I do appreciate the manager coming out to apologize. However, it was a little too late and doesn't change what happened during my visit. It also doesn't add meat to those pathetic, overpriced $5.25 breakfast sandwiches. I do not recommend this place."

"I traveled to Vegas from Washington state. We are very picky in my state and this coffee was better then I ever expected for being in a different state. 2 things, I came here because I am part hawaiian and also the reviews were enough for me to want to try this place. Day one easy coffee and pineapple and ham sandwich. Yes they are on the smaller side but the price matches and it was very good. Day two I met the owner. Omg can we say just a pleasant kind soul. He's very proud of his establishment and enjoys seeing people happy. They gave us a taste of the blended drink... it was amazing. All in all id come here every vegas trip. Don't let unhappy reviews make your choice. Just see that some people can't be pleased. This place was worth every penny. Come here for any coffee needs! Way better then Starbucks."

"Our visit was an excellent decision. This establishment is truly remarkable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all of our selections. He chose a sandwich and a coffee, while I opted for a coffee and Malasada donuts. The donuts were served warm and had a delightful, melt-in-your-mouth texture. We highly recommend this location, giving it a perfect 10/10 rating."

"Bad Ass is seriously amazing. The customer service in the afternoon was top-tier from start to finish, the lady’s are quick and the whole vibe was welcoming and professional with there bright smiles. My server, Diana, was so friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. I got a caramel wave and some donuts, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this place!! Great service, great people, and an all-around great experience!"
