"I went into this Cafe on December 11th and attempted to order a caramel frappacino. Before I ordered, I asked the counter person if they had milk substitute. They confirmed they had almond and oat milk. So, I ordered the frap with almond milk no whip and provided my debit card for payment. The person came back 5 minutes later and stated he could not make my drink because they didn't have any almond or oat milk at the moment. He said he would reverse the charge on my card and issue a refund. As of this date, Dec 16th I have not received my refund. I have called the number on the receipt which is disconnected. I have called the number for the website and have not been able to speak with anyone. This very inconvenient that I will have to drive all the way back to this establishment that I do not live by to engage about this charge. You should know what you have to sell before selling it. After this transaction is resolved I will not be going back!"
