"It’s always refreshing to see a hotel lobby have an actually decent coffee shop instead of the more ‘expected’ chain, and Vesta did not disappoint! The lobby side Vesta was a refreshing visual break from the stimulus of the casino next to it, and the staff was incredibly chill and cool! Now that it’s summertime and I exclusively get iced lattes, it can be a bit tough to judge espresso quality since it waters down so quickly, but this was one of the better iced lattes in the area honestly. The flavor was there and sharp without being acidic, and while it did water down just as quickly, I found myself much less disappointed with it than I have been in other coffee shops in the area. I would love to go back and try it hot for a better review of the espresso itself, and with how cool the staff was, it’s really no hardship to return."
