"I don’t know what people are talking about this place is awesome! The lady working with the counter is the nicest and they make it really fast even if the lines a little bit long it moves quickly. I got a mocha and it is so good and I’m kind of picky so we had a sandwich too that was really good."

"They are never open on time. Rude to ppl who show up to get coffee and it's still not open over an hr and a half from when listed. Online ordering is open though. I tried the 4th day here to do that and give them time to walk down and find out....you guessed it, not open. The lady said she could refund me but I had to wait until she was open or go to the other location. Terrible. Went to the other location. Paid $20 for weak coffee, a burnt croissant and microwaved egg sandwich. Why even try to run it when staff doesn't show up? Put coffee in the essentials stand right next to it. They're at least friendly."

"I ordered two hot teas online for pick up there wasn’t an option for different flavors. My husband went to pick it up told the rude heavy set lady he was picking up two Green Teas the lady was so rude she slammed the teas she originally made in the trash and gave him two cups of water and the bags of green teas. When my husband told me how he was treated of course I went back to ask for a refund the lady said I had to bring the teas back I asked the security if I could speak to a manager to which she had already been called. But before the manager got there the lady said she was closing mind you there was a long line of customers waiting in line but she closed right in their faces. Anyway the manager finally came gave me a refund and I left. What a terrible ended to our trip. I get that you’re understaffed or having a bad day but you cannot treat people like trash. Will never spend my $$$ there again."

"They deserve a higher rating. I got an iced americano and it wasnt acidic at all. Usually even bougie places around the bay area mess them up but this hit. My partner relied on this place for an iced vanilla latte every morning we were here and loved it. They dont have a huge menu, but thats fine for first thing in the morning. Our routine was coffee, then matcha from the Hello Kitty cafe closer to noon. The staff here was friendly too. Just to stress the point, we came over from Luxor to get this coffee since we dont want sbux, and it ended up being good enough to do that each morning. I'd recommended bringing some singles for a cash tip."
