"I really enjoy coming to this coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the seating area is perfect whether you're working, reading, or catching up with friends. What truly stands out is the phenomenal customer service; the staff are always friendly, attentive, and clearly care about creating a great experience. That said, there's a recurring issue that's hard to overlook: the equipment frequently breaks down, which means certain drinks are often unavailable. It's frustrating as a customer, but even more so for the staff, who are clearly stressed when they can't deliver the full menu. You can tell they want to do their best, but the tools just aren't supporting them. I hope management addresses this soon; the team and the customers deserve better. It's been over a week and the equipment has not been repaired! Update: It’s been two weeks since I left my review, yet no changes have been made. I think it might be time to consider another spot for my morning coffee."

"This location is consistently low or completely out of supplies. Equipment issues occur often, and sometimes the store closes unexpectedly during the week. Why can’t the store be kept adequately stocked and operational? The staff provides excellent service and does the best they can with what little they have. I genuinely feel for them—it seems like corporate has abandoned this location. The owner of Sambalatte deserves the ONE star. Their lattes are great… if you’re lucky enough to visit when they actually have supplies. ONE star for food, since most of the time you can’t get any. If you can’t keep this location running properly, surrender it to Starbucks."

"It's a wonderful and very friendly, unique coffee place that also serves tea and paninis. I know next time I will get their Caprice Panini, with fresh basil, tomato, and fresh mozzarella. Reminds me of the ones I used to make. Luiz Oliveira is the owner, and I can't wait to meet him. He is so lucky to have Barista Luis Lozano working for him. He happily greeted me when I came in and made my espresso taste all the better! When he served me my espresso in the pretty red ceramic cup on a white plate....it made me smile.
