from Google"This place is it! Their cocktails are some of the best I've had and the Happy Hour ones are only $9! The food was amazing! We had 2 appetizers and then the Southern Hospitality Fried Chicken as a main course. It comes with the most delicious sides and it's big enough to share between 3-4 people. Eli and Alex at the bar were the best! We got a complementary shot of espresso vodka and candy cane as desert :-) I highly recommend going here and we will definitely be back!"
"Run to this place - PLEASE! Hidden gem of Las Vegas. Absolutely amazing food that is dangerously delicious. The flavors, presentation, and choice of apps and entrees on the menu are so creatively put together. We recently dined here a year after we had drinks and an app at the bar in 2024. After the oyster appetizer, I was blown away and said we need to experience this menu and come back next year for dinner. I've heard this place is so so busy for brunch, but it should be jammed for dinner also. All I can say is that the chef here takes you on a culinary "palate" filled adventure with every bite off your plate. Service was also fantastic with Fiola. She walked us through the menu and told us how it would work best for two. We had a big appetite so we got three apps and two entrees. We found that every piece of food that is presented on your plate is there for a culinary taste and purpose. We had the tiger style scallops, pork belly, longganisa sliders for appetizers. The scallops were a deconstructed coconut ceviche -so fresh and beyond delicious. The pork belly had a different taste with every accompaniment on your plate, and all three apps made you say WOW with every bite!! I mean even the French fries that came with the sliders - I would go back just for them! We then ordered the short ribs and the scallops and grits and shared both entrees- perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, with flavors off the chart! We were so stuffed we couldn't get dessert, but thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coconut cotton candy that gives you the perfect amount of sweet after your meal. Did I mentioned the 99 cent martinis with an entree on Thursdays?!? Yeah, there's that bonus too!! Can't go wrong here. Get in there now, support amazing Chef Sterling, his team, and this restaurant. You will thoroughly enjoy the artistic culinary adventure he will take you on. We left full and so happy with our experience. Definitely will be back!"
"Today we’re experiencing Palate in the Arts District. As a reminder, I don’t get paid or comped from my reviews, so let’s get into it. We entered into a posh, glam Christmas wonderland. This is definitely an Instagram type place. I ordered the Christmas time drink, which was adorable and served in a Charlie Brown style Christmas tree with a drink in the ornament. It was really, really good. We moved on to the homemade biscuits and seasonal jam. Now, I’m not a big biscuit person, but my husband is impossible to impress and said these were the best biscuits he’s ever had. Now, this is unfortunately where we take a nose dive… I ordered a dozen oysters, and let me tell you, it was like I was drowning in the Pacific. It was so salty and really hard to get through. Without a doubt the worst oysters I’ve ever had. My husband got the Easy Like Sunday Morning platter, which looked good, but the potatoes were pretty dry, and it was very middle of the road. I will say the service was top-notch, and they even gave us some complementary cotton candy at the end, which was cute. They’ve only been open for a year, so hopefully they can make some improvements. I gave this one 2.5 out of five stars."
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review: Palate (Arts District) Palate is an absolute gem in the Arts District. The food was excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavor that absolutely delivered. The service was beyond incredible: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. It made the whole night feel special. The cocktails were festive and fun, and the atmosphere/vibe is exactly what you want in the Arts District—stylish, lively, and inviting. Such a great place to meet friends, celebrate, or just treat yourself to a memorable meal. We were there celebrating two birthdays, and they made it feel extra special—especially with a special dessert for the birthday girls, which was such a sweet touch. And the cocktails? Festive, fun, and totally on theme for the holidays and birthday celebration. We’ll definitely be back!"
"From hello at the door from Gabby to a nice happy birthday card for my husband, Palate was a top notch experience. Zach waited on us and gave great descriptions to help us choose. It’s hard to choose because the menu is fantastic. The miso glazed pork belly will not be forgotten. We happened upon Palate and will be back. All of the staff are excellent. So delicious and the vibe is intoxicating."
