"Definitely hope they’ll be around for the long run! Hot sandos were delicious and filling! Took our left overs home because we probably ordered too much. Everything we had was great. &Service was especially excellent! Staff that helped us was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"Charming, sunlit spot with beautiful desserts! Stumbled upon Moignet A Social Cafe and was so glad I did. It's a cozy little spot with lots of natural light and an inviting atmosphere--perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet afternoon treat. Tried a few of their signature desserts: The mango shortcake cup was a highlight--layers of fluffy sponge cake, fresh cream, and sweet ripe mango. Light, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. The mochi had a soft, delicate texture with a pleasantly chewy bite--simple but really well done. And those bite-sized cream puffs dusted with powdered sugar? Absolutely addictive! Crisp outside, creamy inside, and not overly sweet. The presentation was lovely, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Plus, the peaceful setting (bamboo plants and warm sunlight streaming in) made it feel like a little retreat from the city. If you love beautiful, light desserts and a relaxed atmosphere, Moignet is definitely worth a visit. Will absolutely be back to try more of their menu!"

"I was very underwhelmed by the beignet with mochi. I’ve definitely had way better beignets. And the mochi filling was just whatever. The dipping sauces were very good though. Maybe I just expected that the beignet had like some mochi crust at the same time instead of just being a typical beignet and not the best one I’ve had. But it was just OK. The other items like the mochi with the filled chestnut cream was pretty good. The fruit pastries were decent too. I liked the crust a lot. But overall, it was just OK."

"Moignet A Social Cafe is a great little French/Japanese fusion cafe and fine bakery in Chinatown. They offer hot sandwiches, soups, salads, specialty coffees and teas. They also have crepes and a variety of bakery treats. I had the “moignet” made with beignet dough and fresh mochi with tangy lemon curd. Delicious! Looking forward to trying the tomato bisque and grilled sandwich."

"The staff are really nice and I like the outdoor area to dine at. However I ordered the Croque Madam and it was very very very dry. A simple spread like mayonnaise could have been added to help. The sandwich was super basic just in thick French toast bread- something that I can make at home really. Its just eggs and ham on bread. I would not get it again. We also tried their famous "moignet" and it was chewy and gummy. I did not enjoy anything here to be honest. (You can see for yourself how dry the bread is in the photo I submitted below)"
