from Google"You know how when you try something better than the standard fare, you don't want to go back to the old stuff? Mama Chai's is hands down the best donuts in Vegas. They are 2 steps above anything else. Try a haystack or salted caramel coconut. These desserts are deviously masked to look like a custom donut. Forget about previously frozen DD or Ultra processed KK, and the sickeningly sweet PB. Those chains can't compete. However... Get in at 2pm for the best selection and expect to spend $4 on a donut, and $7 on a custom made beverage."
"I've seen Mama Chai before whenever I was in the area, but wasn't high on my list to try because I'm not one of those tea and boba drink fanatics. I do, however, enjoy trying it from time to time whenever the opportunity arises or if I'm being dragged into an event that happens to be located within a tea/boba business. Which is exactly how I ended up being here on 3 May 2025 - Mama Chai was hosting one of those coveted cup sleeve events for those BTS fans (A.K.A. Armies). Though I am not one of those fans, I went with my wife and suffered through it to get a few things for our daughter. Regardless, this is about the business and not the event so here we go. We ordered the Assam Mulberry Blue Fresh Fruit Tea and Blended Fresh Taro Smoothie drinks and from only a drink standpoint, this business knows what they're doing. I was worried at first because I tried something totally different, but it ended up tasting good and refreshing. Since we already ate, I wasn't in the mood to try some of their food items, but man, their doughnuts did look good. Eventually, we'll come back to try their doughnuts, but to be honest, it's not high on my priority list. The prices are very reasonable and I highly respect this business for their support to the men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! The décor was nice and the bright neon lights as I walked in the hallway towards the bathroom added a nice touch. There's ample seating inside, along with a nice seating arrangement outside to enjoy your drink(s)/food. The business is located towards the back of the parking lot area which makes it secluded and quieter since it's further away from the main Spring Mountain Road. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience here. I'm not certain if I would've tried this place if it wasn't for the event; however, I'd like to think that eventually I would based on my family's interest. As of now, I highly recommend this business for their drinks and outstanding service - they were very friendly and operated efficiently. I'll update my review if I return for another visit and try their food items, if applicable."
"This is such a cute and chill place to grab a drink with your family or friends. There are board games available to play if you dine in which is great. As we waited for our order my daughter played Sorry. The drinks were great and the donuts were soft and indulgent. The customer service was incredible. My daughter ordered a drink but did not care for it. The gentleman up front quickly remade her another drink. There was no hesitation on their part which I appreciated. My daughter is 8 and did not care for the brown sugar milk tea but loved the strawberry lemonade with boba. We had other drinks which included the cookies & cream, and salted Carmel Nutella latte. Both were soooo good."
"I'm surprised I didn't know about this place sooner(granted, I don't go out much these days 😅)! I've only had mochi donuts 2 or 3 times previous to this experience so I might not be a "connoisseur," but these were delicious! I tried the oreo/cookies and cream and gingerbread(I can't remember the names, but that's what was on them😆). The toppings were a little messy as they were like a crumble, but I don't mind a little mess, just make sure you have a plate or something underneath so you can enjoy what falls off. I would try them again when in the area!"
"This place looked really cute and had plenty of seating. But my drink was not it. The outside patio is a really nice place to chill. It’s covered, so you are not under the sun. There are plenty of seats and tables both inside and outside. They even have board games available. There is only one all-gender bathroom though. I saw a sign advertising matcha from Jeju island, so I was excited to try that. However I think my mistake was either subbing for their house-made oat milk or not requesting less sweetener. My matcha milk tea drink came out overly sweet. It did have the cheese foam on top, which wasn’t bad. I couldn’t finish the drink because it was so bad. It such was a disappointment. I had a bite of the matcha strawberry mochi donut, which was pretty good! They had other flavors that sounded and looked good too. I don’t think I will be back. They don’t have coffee here, if that’s what you’re looking for."
