"3rd time here. Food has been consistently good. Nice atmosphere. A little loud. Lots of patrons on their laptops or in groups having meetings. Hard to find seating when all of them are there at the same time. Ordered the poke bowl. Fresh and tasty. Also ordered the burrata toast. Omg. Loved it. Had the strawberry salad with salmon....probably my fave so far. Chai tea is also very good. Will definitely be back!"

"Little Avalon is great! We saw a TikTok and decided to give it a shot. They did not disappoint. The Buffalo location is extremely small and very busy, so we decided to go to the original location. Much more room and space, with a patio section and plenty of seating. Some of the tables do require sitting next to strangers if your party isn’t big enough. The Ube Horchata Matcha and the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha were amazing. The chicken and waffles stole the show though. Sweet, with a bit of spice too. They had a nice mix of healthy options as well. Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!!"

"I am very impressed by this venue's food quality, portions and the welcoming/relaxing ambiance. All was great until I asked for a fork. Their response, "We're out of forks at the moment, but we'll give you a plastic one." 😳 Really?!? The restaurant is currently at 35% capacity. I am counting 27 guests at 2:15 pm on a Tuesday in a venue that seats easily 50+. This restaurant is now two years old, you should know your daily sales and flow of business by now. If the owner or manager replies to this critique that "We had a lunch rush," my reply is simple; buy more forks! Wouldn't it have been a better experience for the guest if the proper response was, "Let me wash one for you." How long would that take, a minute, maybe two? Are these guys union staffing?!? The end result is a better quest experience. It's my first visit. I will come back for sure but that's the problem when your staff is young and inexperienced without that level of professionalism nor sense of urgency and a deliberate mindset to "take care" of the guest in the best way possible. The kids who work here will hear about this review from management and probably roll their eyes most likely because they do not take ownership and pride in their work. Another reason why I gave "Service" only two stars, is the insincerity of staff yelling "Welcome!" but there is zero eye contact or any real acknowledgement. I say this because 2-3 did yell out welcome, but did anyone actually come up to the register to take my order? Nope. I had to flag one of them down to kindly take my order. Business owner: Heavyweight standard restaurant quality dinner forks are $1.29 each, they come in 36pk cases. Moreover -- Yes, I know it's difficult to get good staffing. We're all pooling from the same labor pool but I have awesome attentive staffing in the three service worlds in my occupation. It's the culture and training, no excuses. Final comment: you have good food at great value and a welcoming establishment. That's two out of three key factors for guest retention."

The costumer service is the best everyone who works there is soo sweet and attentive. They have monthly food specials and latte specials so look out for those they are always worth it... Today I got the special the fig and buratta toast....so worth it! Also got a blackberry matcha, delicious 🤤"

"It was a nice place to have brunch and conversation. The music was to loud to hear eachother though. Its walk up and order and seat yourself environment. They brought our food out to us and outside of that and taking our order that was the only service we received which was ok becuase me and my friend were there to catch up. The food was overpriced but I was decent/mediocre and comparable to other cafes not really set apart in flavor."
