"Disappointed. In the drive-thru, I ordered the pesto chicken on FOCOCCIA panini. What i got was a sad excuse for a panini even. It came on the wrong bread, and it was almost cold it was so NOT hot. Kneaders used to be yummy, but the quality in the kitchen has fallen over the last year or so. I used to be a regular, but the prices have gone up and the quality down. But the baked goods still seem on point. 😔"

"This place needs to do a lot better with wait times. It is horrible. You have to wait forever for your food, and if you attempt to order ahead it literally does not save you any time. Today a man was upset for waiting 20 minutes for a cappuccino. Around 5 people gathered at the pickup line after I arrived and it took them over 20 minutes to acknowledge us (although they kept walking over there). They had the nerve to have people walking around making baskets etc. The worst part of all is their customer service. They are very rude as if you are in their way of making orders, especially the young white guy with glasses and a ponytail. He is very rude. This is why a lot of businesses that charge so much money for products and food are closing down now. They no longer appreciate the customer. The extended wait time has happened far too many times so I’m done with this place."

"Great sandwiches And unlike their competitor have soup in the morning. I haven’t had a ton of stuff on their menu but all the bread I’ve tried was fantastic as I’ve been here a few times over the years. I really should go more since I always forget they open so early! Definitely meets the expectations I had this morning for a delicious meal!"

"This is a very nice breakfast spot. The food was great and made to order. If you decide to use the drive thru, be ready to spend some time waiting. There was 2 cars in front of us and we waited about 20 mins from the time we ordered till the time we got our food. We thought the food was worth it so we will be returning for sure."

"They were wrapping loves of bread on most tables, so know where to sit. You have to order at counter, no one came to help us for 15or20 minutes. I would not go back, the sandwich was good though Triple Cheese Melt"
