"A cool and very intimate space for outdoor vendors and tiny stores. Good to take the kids or pets here for a nice walk and chill. Mothership coffee is located inside here, too. If you like unique or handmade items and walk around but not getting too tired, it’s a nice little spot to visit with multiple stuff to see."

"The Black Santa event was amazing. Nice and organized and amazing vendors. We were able to get Christmas pictures, candles, shea butter and fresh delicious cookies."

"You’ll find a giant double semi truck sculpture in the courtyard called Big Rig Jig. I just love that this art installation was made for Burning Man and now I can see it from the front windows of my downtown apartment building, combining 3 of my favorite things: art, real estate, and adventure."

"The most peaceful place I've seen in Vegas. If you enjoyed Container Park, chances are you'll like Fergusons too. I haven't tried the coffee place but it seems pretty popular and there was live music just outside of it when I visited in the afternoon. There's also shops in the repurposed motel rooms which is a nice novelty. The F bar had lovely service and good beer."
