Andrea, my server, was attentive and made our connection feel genuine right from the start. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she shared recommendations with enthusiasm that made the experience even more delightful. Andrea’s bubbly personality was infectious; it truly brightened the evening. If I were to return to The Doberman, it would be primarily because of her. She embodies what great customer service should be—personal, knowledgeable, and engaging. The Doberman is not just a meal; it's an experience, and Andrea played a huge role in making it memorable! "This place is something out of a movie set ! It is decorated so beautifully and it's all about the details. I love how it's lowkey & you're not supposed to use your phone. It's honestly so cool you won't need your phone. The menu has small bites , which I was they had more of a variety of that, the menu is a cute booklet & a little overwhelming with all the choices but you won't be disappointed. Every cocktail is crafted perfectly! I can't forget about "Gila" our server who was so sweet . Definitely can't wait to come back their happy hour ."

"We had an amazing evening at the Doberman Drawing Room! This gem of a lounge is tucked away in downtown Las Vegas, and once you enter the door, the decor & vibe draw you in. Gabby, our server, took great care of us, as we were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary; it was an amazing way to start our evening. I had the Howling Wolves cocktail, and later, Gabby brought us some bubbles to celebrate ~ stunning! The live cabaret music by Keys To Doberman was marvelous. We will be going back to try a new cocktail, and eat some of the delicious “Nibbles” they offer; the food looked amazing, but we didn’t get any during this visit."

"No photos as they are not allowed. Finally got to visit here, I’ve tried a few times in the past but wasn’t dressed well enough 😂. I’m usually not one for overly fancy places but I heard a lot about this place and the quality of their drinks. The atmosphere is pretty interesting I do like the cut up paintings, the seats are comfortable and there is plenty of room. We were Lucky tonight to go on a live music night as well which was also a plus. I kinda felt at times it would fit as a bar in Zak Bagins museum and the smell of incense is extremely heavy, so I can imagine that may be an issue for some. The bartenders were fantastic, able to explain the drinks, and I noticed other people order more custom cocktails. They had plenty of premium spirits as well so can’t imagine you couldn’t get something you would love. We got one welcome cocktail as well as 5 others between the two of us. These drinks are certainly adventurous and don’t feel they fit into “the classics” mold. From what we got I say they felt “savory” and I would say most of them start out pretty Polarizing but as you drink them start to make alot of sense. Overall very enjoyable. I know this doesn’t sound like a 5 star but honestly sometimes you just have to try something new. They are using quality ingredients and care and the prices are extremely fair with every drink being $20. Just wear nice clothes and shoes 😂"
