Family owned, the staff was happy to explain options on anything we ordered and it made our experience so much better. I found this place on Google map amongst 5 Starbucks on my drive to Red Rock. "Great coffee shop here in the northwest part of Vegas. Super friendly staff, like the others reviews mentioned I was greeted as soon as I walked it. Loved the overall atmosphere of this place. Super cool that they had an area for kids plus it looks like they have puzzles and board games. They don't have plug ins or WIFI just so you guys are aware so come with your laptops charged and be prepared to use your hotspot if you need to work. (Not a big deal for me) I tried the Fruit Punch Tea and Cinnamon Role. Honestly best fruit punch tea I ever had and the cinnamon role was just a good. It was light and just the perfect amount of sweetness. I'll definitely be back!"
