"10/16/2025. Staying at the Fountainebleau for the first time. Got some coffee and snack just to hold us over before dinner 1. Pumpkin spice latte with extra sugar and almond milk: fantastic 2. Chocolate croissants $8: very good pastry 3. Location: first floor: right across from the casino floor. Easy to find. Definitely recommend it for breakfast and pastries"

"Chez Bon Bon at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas totally exceeded my expectations — and that’s saying something, because I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel pastry shop. But this place delivered. We popped in for a quick afternoon pick me up and ordered their almond croissant toasted — and I’m telling you, it was next level. Flaky, warm, buttery, and packed with almond filling without being overly sweet. The kind of pastry you wish you could wake up to every morning. I paired it with a flat white and to my surprise, it was fantastic. Medium roast, smooth and balanced, no bitterness — just the right partner for the croissant. And then there’s Edgar. What a gem. He not only warmed up the croissant to perfection, but made sure the flat white had beautiful latte art and was just right. His warmth and attention to detail made the whole experience feel special. This is now my go-to stop anytime I’m at the Fontainebleau — for the pastry, the coffee, and honestly, for Edgar."

"There are sooooo many good looking treats in here is think I gained 10 pounds just walking through getting a coffee!!! The coffee was really good...I will come back to get some treats as my wife got a chocolate chip cookie and it was sooooo good."

"Such tasty pastries here!! They feel very high quality and made with good ingredients. The pressed croissant was crispy on the outside but also soft and chewy on the inside. The raspberry dip was so sweet and creamy. They had tons of other treat and quick breakfast options that all seem reasonably priced given the elegance of this resort."
