"Great food and great service! Our group of 20 went for Sunday morning brunch and they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly-about a 20 minute wait around 10:30am. Our food came out pretty quickly and everything was delicious!! I ordered the spam scramble and it comes with a small stack of pancakes (slight upcharge, but worth it). I got the ube pancakes-very rich and filling! The spam scramble was so good-everything cooked perfectly. I also tried the Portuguese fried rice, the short ribs, and the banana fosters pancakes-all were very tasty. I hope to return next time I’m in Vegas; in the meantime, I’ll be cooking up spam scrambles at home."

"My wife, our group, and I recently tried Babystacks Cafe in Spring Valley, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient. We loved the Filipino-inspired flavors in their specialty dishes, and the huge variety of pancakes made breakfast extra fun. We arrived early and were seated immediately, and by the time we left, the place was packed—a good sign! The only small downside was that the coffee could be a bit stronger, but everything else more than made up for it. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area and craving a flavorful breakfast."
