After moving to Georgia, I’ve had no choice but to settle for Starbucks or 7 Brew—but honestly, nothing even comes close to 7 Leaves. The quality, the flavors, the consistency—it’s simply unmatched. I even used to own a home directly across the street from a 7 Leaves location in Las Vegas, which tells you just how much of a staple this place has been in my life. What prompted me to finally write this review, though, was the exceptional and unforgettable service I received at this location. There was a very minor mistake—truly not even worth mentioning—but what mattered was how it was handled. Krisell, the drink cook, immediately recognized the opportunity to make things right and went so far above and beyond that I was honestly blown away. Without exaggeration, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. And that includes experiences at Saks, Nordstrom, and even the Four Seasons, where I stayed often. Krisell didn’t just fix a drink—she delivered a level of care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that is incredibly rare today. Krisell, the client experience you provided was far beyond expectations. If I were the owner of this business, you would be considered one of its greatest assets. There is no service out there like what you delivered to me today. "Very cute gal with the frizzy bob was charming and chatted with my daughter and me about the Spanish latte and the strawberry-hibiscus tea. The drinks are amazing, but the decor is lacking in soul. The place is very clean and tidy, though. The only nosh available were macaroons."
