The service and staff are cool and friendly. If you come to Lake Tahoe to visit or live close and don’t come here you have failed 😃. Worth a drive if you have too…plus it’s in a cute little strip mall right off the main road around the lake."

"Had their famous cinnamon rolls. They're good, I don't know if they're the best I ever had but definitely in the top ten. I came during a late Saturday Morning. I didn't mind the wait. However, my hot coffee was served cold. I suspect baristas had a communal lukewarm milk, which is fine for ice coffee but not for my hot coffee."

"We ordered three pies from Happy Tiers Bakery for the Christmas holiday. The flavors were excellent, and our order was prepared correctly and on time. Unfortunately, the pies lacked the structure needed for clean cutting and easy serving, which made presenting them to guests a bit challenging. In particular, the strawberry banana cream pie resembled banana pudding in a pie shell with strawberries and some dollops of whipped cream added rather than a traditional cream pie. While it tasted very good, it was difficult to serve as a pie. Given the overall presentation, we also felt that $75 for three pies was somewhat high. We don’t live in Incline Village and may not have the opportunity to return, but wanted to share this feedback in a constructive way and wish the bakery continued success."

"My wife and I contacted Happy Tiers Bakery about a month before our wedding in Kirkwood Tahoe area and were greeted by the owners, Andrea and her husband, who were both very friendly and cheery people to chat on the phone with! They were able to cater our wedding with a wide assortment of desserts that were aesthetically amazing and even better tasting! Also as my wife and I are not the biggest cake fans, Andrea, made us a beautiful cookie cake that was simply decorated and with our favorite toppings, white chocolate and macadamia nuts. The ease, finesse, and detail-orientedness was so spot-on and Andrea took care of all the logistics with delivery and storage on our wedding day so we didn’t have to stress or worry. It was an amazing day and everyone loved the lovely and tasty sweet treats to end the night, especially the little ones that had chocolate and whipped cream on them while dancing the night away! Thank you so much Happy Tiers Bakery for the excellent service, great communication, and the tasty desserts that made the night spectacular! We promise to make it to your bakery in person sometime on our next Tahoe/Truckee adventure!"
