"Emilia's Cafe inside the Pass Casino on Water Street is a hidden gem. I understand every situation is different, but I have no complaints. Host, waitress who got my drink, waitress who took my order, and a gentleman who refilled my drink, were all so pleasant. Great customer service! I ordered iced tea, the Chicken and Waffles, and the Jackpot breakfast. Yeah I was hungry. The Chicken and waffles had bacon bits that went perfect with the syrup. Sweet and salty combination is always a plus! The Chicken was fried to perfection. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy, the bacon crispy, just how I like 'em, and the hash browns and sourdough toast were a delight. They have a great selection of food, and were pretty busy when I was there. One added bonus I didn't expect, I played in the casino, and got a $10 coupon for the restaurant, so when I gave them my players card and the coupon, they deducted the rest of the bill using my points (which I didn't even realize I had). So basically I got a wonderful meal at a very inexpensive price (I did end up breaking even in the casino, so that's a win for me 🤣). Can't beat that!!!"

"My husband and I went to Emilia Cafe on a Monday evening. The place was pretty quiet, 20% capacity. The soup and the salad was very good. For the main dish we choose salmon with veggies it was good. The smoked brisket my husband got was amazingly delicious. From now on our choose will be always brisket at this restaurant. The place is nice, the entire casino got a major renovation recently. The price is unbeatable, main dish around $15. Beer $4, desert $4."

"The reason of my overall rating was because first time eating using my free two meal vouchers for military veteran then found out after I went up to the counter, which the voucher didn't take up the whole cost total $15 but dinner total cost was $11.99. The lady took both vouchers w/o giving me the difference back, as I asked, and thought that was cheezy way to take it from me when I tried to call Security and the Casino about this had left one message to them as they never hardly answer their phones but I never a call back! What kind of service is this for a veteran to deserve from this business?"
