"Wow! Found a real gem in North Carson City. All I can say... it was amazing. Check out the pics! Oh... and the Lamb French-Dip?!?! I was barely walking in the 60's, but we ate at Philippe's in L.A. at least once a month. (Philippe's being the claimed originator of the French-Dip.) Chef Brandon has evolved this dish. AND... the au jus was perfect. Not some BS powder mix.) I will come again."
