What People Are Saying
from Google"Most everything was in stock. Associates could be friendlier. Not one person greeted me or offered to help me at self checkout they were too busy talking amongst themselves. People skills! Get some. We customers are humans and some of us are very observant and have expectations! Especially if we're spending over $200"
""Coach Ryan" at store 3200 Market St, in the grocery delivery department: is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond regarding my online grocery delivery order today. I had a few birthday gifts delivered to my mother and the delivery driver "Lidia" with (sparks) / had specific written instructions regarding my order. I also spoke to "Lidia" over the phone to explain the delivery instructions. I had let her know that I lived 7+hrs out of the area, my mom's phone is temporary out of service until tomorrow, so I had no way of notifying my mom that she was going to be receiving a delivery today, but it's her birthday and I want to make sure she get's the items. I provided the instructions on how to get into my mom's senior community and building and to make sure they are hand delivered and signed for or taken to her property management office if she was not home, but please do not leave at her door. "Lidia" said she totally understood and would make sure it was hand delivered and that she would let me know my mom received the items or if she had to leave in property office. Unfortunately that was never done. Instead I received a text that the grocery's were left at the door. I ended up calling customer service to see if they could maybe contact the delivery driver, to ask if my mom was home to receive the items or if she left them in property office or at her door, because the system would not let me contact the driver after the delivery. I ended up speaking with customer service and they said I needed to call the store directly. I ended up calling store 3200 Market St and spoke with "Ryan" regarding my online grocery order and "Ryan" went above and beyond. He personally drove to my mom's home to make sure the delivery was received. He even had my mom call me from his personal cell phone, to let me know that he came to check on my mother and that she received the items. "Coach Ryan" is the absolute BEST, very caring and definitely deserves recognition for his A+ customer service. Thanks again "Ryan" you are the sweetest, you definitely made my day and I know that made my moms day too. You truly deserve 10+ stars for going above and beyond :)"
"I just think the employees need some customer service skills training. Most of them do not even acknowledge your presence. Some are about to run you over with their stocking/ online ordering cart. And some rudely cut you off for them to complete whatever task they are doing on that aisle."
"Had the best help from the associates at the self check at Walmart today. Cynthia and her co-worker were so happy and funny. Those ladies take a beating from customers on a daily, if not hourly, basis and are still able to laugh and smile. Pretty amazing"
"Walmart Store # 03408, @ Market Street in North Carson City, NV, is definitely not the best Walmart I've ever shopped at, I'd rate it just above the worst 2 Walmart stores I've shopped in, which are numerous & in various states in the US. It's not even the best of the 2 in Carson City, the one on Topsy Lane far surpasses it in quality of cleanliness, especially the restrooms! The restocking of its regularly purchased items is far superior to that of Store # 03408 which leaves much to be desired in this department, its consistently Out of Stock on multiple items, (items that for me, are essentials), at least 1/2 or more of the time. However I believe the employees are much friendlier & at least attempt to be more helpful even tho many times they lack location information on the products as often as I am. (I believe that's the result of the constant relocating of their products in the overall store!"
