"We own an SF25 which we installed 30 years ago. Fabulous machine. We have upgraded to something much bigger for volume but still use the SF25 for roasting our best. We also own a SF 1 pounder which has never been used, but everybody who comes to our roastery would love to buy it."

Technical support diagnosed them quickly and parts were sent. I bought mine during COVID which may have caused delays and some quality control issues.
