"This is one of the nicer Thai restaurants I've been to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. The food is delicious and there are plenty of options for varied appetites. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The food wasn't too spicy for comfort and had a great depth of flavor with the different spices and herbs. (I went with a 2 out of 3 on the spice scale.) That being said, someone behind me did comment on the food being a bit uncomfortably hot. That being said, there are some caveats. 1) Rice portions are small. Two servings of rice are equivalent to one elsewhere. 2) The restaurant was a bit cold inside when I visited. Outside was very cold, but you usually expect to be able to take your jacket off and feel warm in most restaurants. 3) They don't have booths with comfortable seating. That being said, it is well worth the visit!"

"The food was delshious, good spice to the food, the green papya salad is super delish and spice and fresh. 4 can be quite spice for pappya salad. Supper fresh flavor full and Beutiful. The atmospher is great, ginger noodle is super flavor full, pik-king green bean is delshious. The pad thia wasn’t too bad could use some lime and some more peanuts. Still really good though.The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The atmospher is calm and beutifull. Food 10 out of 10, whole experience 10 out of 10. Good price to food value. Around 20$ a plate, some are cheepper. Love the green tea ice cream with sprinkels is a fun touch. If I need Thai food in Carson City, I’ll come back cause it is delicious."

"This place is so amazing I'd definitely come back next time I'm in town! We went out of our way to visit from South Lake Tahoe and it's totally worth it. Our waitress Saya was lovely and very attentive with my allergy concerns. The decorations are culturally relevant and accurate and the food is authentic, delicious, and filling. Wonton soup has interesting presentation and Thai tea is delicious and perfect amount of sweetness. Lovely atmosphere all around."

"We finally had the chance to visit The Basil, Creative Thai Cuisine, and I’m so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, and judging by our empty plates, we clearly loved every bite 😋. I also got to meet my cousin’s wife and their little one here (though he wasn’t exactly thrilled about photos 😅). The restaurant was pretty busy during our visit, but the staff were still attentive and kind, and the food came out hot and flavorful."
