"I hadn't been to Garibaldi's in 15 years but I suggested we try it to my wife for date night last night and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our experience. Parking was fine, the cozy Italian atmosphere inside was charming and we were seated immediately. Without glamorizing too much, although it's well deserved, I will conclude this review to emphasize the fact that the food was outstanding! My wife had the Spinach Salad with Shrimp and I had what I have been craving for months, the Clam Linguini entree. It may have been the best Clam Linguini I have ever had and we expressed these opinions prior to leaving. We'll be frequenting the restaurant henceforth as I look forward to enjoying the additional items on the menu that sounded very appealing."

"Went on New Year’s eve. Had a reservation made in advance. The wait was nice and the restaurant was clean. The reason for such a low rating is it took almost a hour to get our food and we ended up having to get it to go. Took 45 minutes to get our appetizer. Rather than just put it in to-go boxes they brought it out to us and then had to ask more than once for boxes. To make up for the inconvenience they didn’t charge us for our drinks. For the price you pay and having to make a required reservation it would be nice to have more prompt service. Don’t continue to say it should be out soon."

"Expensive! Be prepared to pay top prices for standard food. We ordered the Eggplant Parmesan as it was the least expensive entree on the menu ($21.95) ; two thick slices of eggplant with a few veggies on the side. The eggplant was good, but needed more sauce. We also ordered a side of garlic bread ($5.95) and for the price was a huge disappointment - buttered bread with a sprinkle of garlic powder. The house wines were nothing to write home about either (tasted both white and red) and passed on both, as water was preferable. There were several "specials" offered by our server who did not volunteer the prices. BE SURE TO ASK HOW MUCH THE SPECIALS COST BEFORE ORDERING! They are extremely expensive. With tip we paid $70.00 for very unremarkable food. ☹️"

"6 of us ladies came here for New Year's Eve.... We arrived at 5;30 and waited 45-50 minutes after we ordered to receive our food. 1 dish- chicken della casa was served very much cold... another chicken dish - fettuccine Victoria- chicken was chewy and rubbery- needed a knife, a third dish the pesto on the ravioli separated from the oil otherwise the ravioli were tasty but swimming in oil. They offered a free desert-ice cream and berries good- cobbler was like pastie dough. The one dish that was good was the cappellini shrimp and scallops. Also chicken Marsala was good (not great). Neither Garlic bread, bread, or salad is included in the meals. If 2 small eaters share a plate it is a $9.95 inch xtra charge. Our wine glasses set empty for 15-20 minutes, we had to ask another waitress for help. Unfortunately- very disappointing night."

"It was just a few short weeks ago that I wrote a review for an Italian restaurant in Buffalo New York, giving it 5 stars and stating that it was the best Italian food I had ever eaten anywhere. I'm here to tell you that Garibaldi's blows that place away. I had the traditional spaghetti and meatballs and it was amazing. The sauce was very authentic and I loved the garlic that they used in the sauce. The meatballs were huge and delicious. My wife got a chicken dish, I can't remember the name of it, but it was made with some kind of lemon marinade and baked. That was equally amazing. On top of all that, the service was excellent, quick and friendly. you are missing out if you don't go to Garibaldi's for a great Italian meal."
