"I am very impressed and happy with the customer service! The products have always been excellent—everything I’ve ordered has been on point. I truly love all their items, but what stands out the most is the amazing customer service. I recently had an issue with a Grub hub delivery, and despite their best efforts to resolve it, things didn’t work out through the app. However, an employee went above and beyond—after finishing their shift, they personally drove to deliver my order. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but their dedication and kindness made all the difference. Girl at the register was super nice BUT we did have to wait a long time for 2 cookies and one drink. Would have left 4 stars for that but i saw that the poor girl was working all by herself on a busy Sunday evening. Managers should staff a little better during business hours so you don't have customers waiting a long time and an overwhelmed staff member."
