"Been here again couple of times. It's always been a great experience. The won ton soup and the orange chicken is the best in town. All together between a family of 4 we had the egg rolls sezchuan beef, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, beef and broccoli, veggie chow mien and walnut shrimp. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We left with our bellies all the way filled up and some to go for a midnight snack. The bamboo garden is our number one choice for chinese food in carson city."

"As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an older lady who asked how many were in our party. We told her two, and she pointed to a table, curtly saying, “Sit there!” A very “un-friendly” start to the night. Another older lady came to take our order, just as unpleasant and unfriendly as the first. We started with fried wontons, which were brought out in about thirty seconds—clearly not fresh. For our main dishes, I ordered General Chicken, and my wife ordered Chicken Chow Mein. The Chow Mein was decent, but the General Chicken was bland and tasteless. On a positive note, the two younger waitresses were much more pleasant and easier to deal with than the first two older ladies. Overall, not the best experience."
