"Recently I got to enjoy meeting Jana who runs the Colorado River Roasters in Boulder City. She was nice enough to give me a wonderful tour of her beautifully laid out roasting warehouse. What made me want to go and visit this roasting facility, I bought a bag of Sumatra Queen Ketiara over at The Dam Coffee House in Boulder City. This whole bean, tasted like it was roasted to perfection. It had some really great tasting notes, I had to find out more about this particular roasting house. I am so happy I went for a visit. Jana is a great educator, she really knows the science behind how to roast the coffee beans so you get the benefits of the flavor and the of the beans itself.
