from Google"Stopped for a coffee and dessert on a Sunday afternoon. The service was stellar! The proprietor was courteous and very helpful. The coffee was just right. Mine was an iced Americano with cream. My wife had a hot Americano. We enjoyed a fresh double chocolate brownie for the dessert course. A great little coffee cart. Do stop for a cup and a treat!"
"Little cafe with great food. Went for lunch and my sandwich was so fresh, perfect size portion serve with a small salad. Waiter was very sweet."
"If you are walking around town and need a pick me up, Sol has great coffee and Italian sodas! Plenty of coffee options, including iced and alternative milks. Big fan of the coconut Italian soda, it’s very refreshing on a warm day. They’ve got some tables and chairs to relax with your drink. Owner is extremely nice and welcoming! Even gave our pups a little whipped cream as a treat!Don’t miss stopping by Sol"
"If you’re all right, waiting two hours to have breakfast or if after 25 minutes somebody grumpily tells you you know it’s gonna be 20 or 30 minutes before we can get your food. Do you still wanna order or being told that you’re a liar because you set yourself, even if you didn’t or being told you don’t know how to restaurant runs your idea of a good time by all means enjoy Sol Café. Considering this is the second time within a year, I’ve walked in this place been ignored. Waited long time and didn’t get served. I’m guessing this is Norm. And talking with others seems to be true and not just a personal thing. The food actually decent pretty good, but the service is incredibly harsh. I don’t eat out other peoples restaurants to be treated as if I should be honored. Frankly, no one should feel that way In a small community like Taos it really isn’t necessary since there are many very good restaurants with very good service. Who would love to serve you breakfast lunch and dinner what’s up attitude being the main course let alone a side dish. It’s been more than a week since this happened, I didn’t want to post right away, you and other others such as the owner shouldn’t know. I hope they will improve."
"Fabulous small coffee purveyor. Simple. Straightforward. Delicious. Outstanding barista, a lively conversationalist (if that's what you want, and let's face it, what's better with a great espresso / latte than a chat?) Located in the heart of Taos, it's a welcome spot to sit in the open courtyard and enjoy one of life's pleasures."
