What People Are Saying
from Google"Hands down the best meal we had while in New Mexico! My kids got the brisket tacos and talked about them the entire trip. Very juicy with perfectly cooked meat. My combination plate was a perfect way to try 3 different things and I had a hard time choosing my favorite. The beans were plain to some, but I loved them. The rice was better than any Mexican rice we have in Texas. We even took home our leftover sauce to use at future meals. It was really good - even my picky eater loved it. My husband had the Carne Adovada Plate. It had an incredible flavor we have never tried before. All was delicious and very reasonably priced. The mens stuffed themselves but the women took home leftovers. My daughter ordered the raspberry lemonade and really enjoyed it."
"We had lunch outside at The Pantry Rio and really enjoyed the ambience—sunny but definitely a bit chilly, and we noticed there were no outdoor heaters. The wait staff was great and super attentive. We ordered the trio dip, and consider yourself warned: the red salsa is HOT! We also tried the brisket tacos, which were a little dry for our taste, and the Frito pie—good flavor, but we wished it had a bit more meat. On the plus side, the beers were nice and cold! Overall, a pleasant spot for lunch with friendly service and a great vibe."
"We had an awesome brunch here. We had our dog with us so they accommodated us outside in this orb to stay warm. I had the corned beef and hash which was so tender and tasty and my hubby got the huevos rancheros. They had a good assortment of mimosas too!"
"This is a pretty cafeteria with attentive service. The food was average overall - the Sonora omelette leaned a bit too heavy, with the chorizo stuffing turning out to be excessively greasy. The blue corn pancakes were fun and unique, and the hash browns were nicely spiced. The decor had a classic breakfast diner charm, easy on the eye, and there are plenty of outdoor seating options to enjoy."
"By far our favorite food while visiting Santa Fe. I was hesitant to go here because of some of the reviews saying their service was terrible. But we went for lunch and our server was so attentive and friendly. We were able to order quickly and got our check quickly. We ordered the stuffed sopapilla with adovada, blue corn pancakes, sopapilla on the side, and green chili - and everything was so delicious!!!! We actually thought about coming here multiple times afterwards and regretted not doing it. The adovada was flavorful and soft. Sopapilla was fluffy and light, corn pancakes had a great flavor and texture, green chile was spicy and flavorful. We sat outside, and it was a somewhat overcast day, which we got lucky with because it felt comfortable sitting outside! If we’re ever here again, we are definitely coming back!"
