I called for help and they were quick to let me know they could work with me. They called the other location and secured the order transfer in minutes. "Update: Response to owner: Yes, I understand you are pre-making the donuts at your other shop, but honestly, they are dry and taste like cardboard. Sorry. Your fresh-made donuts were awesome. Stopped by today for the first time in a while only to discover that Craft is no longer making fresh donuts, serving instead mediocre pre-made donuts. Seriously, this used to be the best donuts in town. Not anymore. Might as well buy donuts at the supermarket. What a bummer."

"This place is great. We went to the food truck and I placed an order for a dozen. Glaze, strawberry, maple and chocolate. They said it would be about 10 minutes. They were fresh and a couple were even a little crispy (from being fried) on the outside and delicious. They were different than a lot of chain donuts and more of a funnel cake type. The service was good and the staff was nice. Very good local donut place with some cool branding"

"First time in Santa Fe, and this was the first place I swung by for coffee. I didn’t expect these donuts to be SO good. They make them to order, and when I got them back to our Airbnb, they were still warm. The flavors are fun and the ingredients are so fresh. I wish I had this food truck near me so I could visit every week! Definitely some of the best donuts I’ve had."
