"I went here twice on my trip to Colorado. The first time I ordered at the drive thru and everything was good. The second time (on my way home) I went inside to eat. The woman taking my order could barely take my order. I was very clear I only wanted the burgers but she asked me every time if I wanted the meals and kept asking me to repeat what I said. After paying I looked at the receipt to see she didn't even put everything we ordered on our ticket so I had to order again to get the rest of my food. Once we got our food my kids didn't get the fries their kids meal comes with. They did give us the fries no questions asked though. My kids and I needed to use the restroom. The women's was locked and the men's was open but locked so you couldn't shut the main door to keep anyone else out. I'd go back to this restaurant because my current home city doesn't have a Carl's Jr and it's a nostalgic food for me but my last stop here was not pleasant so it's kinda left a bad thought in my head. Luckily I rarely go to Santa Fe and probably won't be back for a couple years, hopefully my experience then will be better."

"I am hesitant on reviewing this Santa Fe gem as this is one of my favorite places to get a great burger at a very economical price. The place is always clean and the staff friendly. There is free wifi and plenty of seating. A very good economical place to go in Santa Fe where restaurants can be pricey. So hope after this review I can still get a seat when I visit!"

"Walk in zero staff ten mins latter a lady comes from outside behind the building but no she can’t help me she doesn’t speak english, she gets a guy from in back guess what no English I literally have to show him on the poster. Five mins latter wrong sandwhichs. Ice should visit this place. Tired of horrible service fast food shouldn’t take 30 mins"

"I went to get the new prim rib and cheddar. It was the worst. It was not Fluffy and big. It was flat as a pancake. It had almost no cheese. I got the single and it was ove 11 dollars. Not even worth the money. I'm a bus driver and I'm telling ever other driver and passenger not to buy this meal. ITS A RIP OFF"
