"This is my go-to place for breakfast burritos. They are delicious. I get the egg cheese, hash, brown, and sausage burritos most frequently. From where I stand at the counter, I can watch them make the food fresh. The green chili is tasty and not too hot for breakfast. The staff are all very friendly. The atmosphere is what you expect in a fast food restaurant. It isn’t big on the ambience, but it’s clean."

"I ordered chips and salsa, and got a ketchup size cup for the salsa. For $5.94 that's sad I go there semi frequently and this is a first, I really love their food, so having this happen is incredibly disappointing."

"We ordered food from them they got our order wrong almost Everytime. No receipt to take food back and TBH they don't understand how to take an order! Easy egg doesn't mean all egg! The communication barrier makes it so hard to get a correct order. You have to repeat yourself 6x to get the right answer"

"Worst tacos I've ever had! For an establishment with "Taco" in the name, one would expect them to have tacos nailed! All 3 I tried were so flavorless not even salt could help, the shredded beef was cold, the fish was mushy, the shrimp tasted so old I threw it in the trash. The enchiladas were barely warm so the cheese did not melt, the shredded beef flavorless again. The beans had to have been from a can, the chili cheese fries were marginally ok but still needed salt to have at least a little flavor. Couldn't find one table to sit at that had been wiped off. Can't even use the restroom without asking for a key, but shouldn't have gone in there anyways as the floor was a puddle and smelled of sewer! I have not eaten at T### Bell in 26 years, still I have no doubt it would blow this Baja Taco far from the border! Complete waste of 38 bucks. Cannot believe with so many good restaurants in Santa Fe, that this place is even open and operating."

"The food here is okay, I get the same breakfast burrito, and it's never the same price. The price ranges anywhere from a dollar to a two-dollar difference. This was a few weeks ago. For instance, a couple of days ago, I bought the same thing as I did today, last time $9.40 or so, and today it was $11.07. Saturday 9-6-2025. Today I went again second time this week which for me is rare. Which also means I like this place. But today it was $10.25 a couple days ago it w it was around $8. What I realized today as well is when the price is higher its always the same lady who helped me take my order. Also I thought the price difference might have been because I usually use my debit card today I was going to pay with cash but I only had $10 cash. Another thing that I realized was that when the price is the same lady helping me. Nice lady but an observation. Also what is it with everyone putting the tip on the machine for you ranging from 15 percent to 22 percent and this type place all they do is fix it for you and hand it to you. Not sure if I will keep going to Baja taco as my go to occasional treat place."
