"This place has changed A LOT since the last time I was here. My husband really loves their coffee, and I prefer mine on the bolder side, but this place is awesome!! I had hoped 3rd places would come back to Albuquerque soon, and I'd say this is a great place to have a coffee & chat or read a book and get some work done. Very happy to see this place thriving!"

"The prices here are outrageous!! You definitely don’t get what you pay for. We ordered coffee here this morning, and they gave us straight black coffee instead of what we ordered. We come here about once every 2 weeks on Fridays and the service and coffee is great then. The young lady who works on Friday mornings, with pink hair she’s real sweet and always has our order right. The lady who was working at the window today was very rude. We paid extra for flavoring and we didn’t even get it. It’s also ridiculous that we have to pay for decaf."

"Cute and comfortable. Great local spot with a nice variety of pastries and seasonal breakfast goodies and drinks, including gluten free options. Coffee is great and an easy spot for a quick breakfast or a study session. Love that there’s a drive through if you need it!"

"Quality here is good, but customer service is seriously lacking. Barista who took our order seemed new or confused, only gave us our food and 1 of our 2 drinks. We waited about 10 minutes, figured they forgot about it and let the other employee know we were missing a drink. No worries, stuff happens. This employee told us sorry it wasn’t me it will be out soon. She waited for the other girl to come back from break or the bathroom or something for several minutes and then had her make our drink instead. It was 20+ minute wait for an iced chai? We were the only people in the cafe. I’ve been a barista myself for years so I am usually understanding but making a customer wait for no other reason than you want to be petty at your coworker is super bad service."
