"Been coming here for YEARS whenever i’m visiting NM & Weck’s in Rio Rancho is hands down our favorite location—no competition! The food is always incredible (just look at that plates ), but what truly makes this place stand out is the service. Every time we come, the staff is kind, quick, and genuinely cares about your experience today our server was Erika she was awesome 💕💕 Whether it’s the christmas smothered burritos, perfectly crispy bacon and hash browns, or the pancakes piled high with whipped cream and strawberries, everything tastes homemade and hits the spot every single time. It truly feels like the cooks go above & beyond every-time!!! We come here as often as we can because it never disappoints. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in!!!!!:)"

"I've been coming to this location for years. I've even worked as a cook the first year they transitioned from JB's to Wecks. I went with my family a party of 5 and we a very unpleasant experience. Our server WROTE down our order and almost got everything wrong. We asked for no butter on our wheat toast because it's usually soggy. What do we get. Soggy buttery marble rye toast... we asked for crispy hasbrowns... What do we get.. break your teeth potatoes. My dad asked for an orange juice that comes with his meal and she brings green chile. I mean it was crazy how incompetent thos server was.. I'm not the one to complain about my experience to a manager. I will be avoiding this location until I hear changes are made."

"We waited 15 minutes for a table before being seated. just before being seated a party of four comes in there seated 5 minutes after we place order we’re waiting 15 minutes for food still nothing the party of gets served and my 8 year old granddaughter says hey why did they get there’s first I went to the front and reported to manager she went to check came back and told me there traying my food now I felt more empathy for the situation From Hostess and cashier then from manager your waitress I did not perceive great customer service this trip Alameda Weck’s has great service"
