"We are traveling cross country and spending the night in Las Cruces. We asked the proprietor of the Inn we are staying at for a recommendation for good Mexican food, she immediately said this is the place to go. The portions were large, quality of the food was great, and our server was fantastic. I love it when the server knows the entire menu and customizations available from memory. Doesn't need to write anything down, and everything comes out perfect. The outside and inside ambience are a must see. Inside, they have large cages with assorted birds, and a couple of fish tanks. The kids and those of us young at heart enjoyed talking to the various birds. The prices are what you'd expect given the inflation we've experienced the past 6 years. Great dining out experience."

"We saw the commercial and instantly agreed we should go eat there as it had been many years since we went there. There are so many things to love about this establishment. The history, the famous "ghost", the atmosphere, and of course the delicious food! Our server was amazing and we had a seamless dining experience. Homemade chips and salsa, and the shredded beef tacos were a hit! The bar is amazing as well. They have a gift shop too with souvenirs of your dining experience. Highly recommend!"
