"Went by at 520pm on 01/17/2026. Had fun in the Arcade Room with the family. Went to use the restroom and the employee said they don't offer access to their restrooms. The employee was a male with longer hair. Not sure its normal business practice for you all."

"The vibes and decorations were great, the employees were also very welcoming. I was amazed by the variety of items here. Comics, model kits, figurines, trading cards, D&D, Godzilla, arcade games... it's endless."

"After 3 years of being a "VIP" customer, spending literal thousands at this store (each year) they have lost a loyal customer over their horrible return policy. I bought a BCW card storage, realized I bought one too small (1,600) and went the very next day to exchange it for the 3,200 but they told me all sales are final and not possible. I just wanted to pay the $15 difference.....will be going back to Amazon and online stores, much better return/exchange policy and cheaper prices. Why support local if they clearly dont care about their customers?"

"Cool store! A lot great stuff. My niece bought a Manga doll she'd been looking for. On the way out, wanted to get an ice cream cone. I had planned on getting the rainbow sherbert, but was intrigued by the oatmeal cream pie, but was denied a sample. I would happily have paid for the cone first and then decided based on the small sample but was turned off by the approach. I get people take advantage of samples, and based on other reviews, even steal ice cream before paying. But that's an easy fix. Charge customers first, then serve the ice cream."

"Nice establishment. Very clean and organized. Their comic book collection is vast. They have a decent arcade area. They have ice cream, and trust issues. Even with an order of four cups, they will not hand it over until it's paid for. So it just kinda sits there and slowly melts until they scope each cup/cone and only after you pay. It's fair, i guess. Maybe people have ran out without paying. And there's no samples because they said people were taking too many samples. That's fair, too, i guess. Maybe sample spoons are getting expensive. Basic flavors like vanilla and strawberry, I'd understand, but when they have niche flavors like root beer float and oatmeal cream pie, i'd like a sample before taking the gamble. That's just me, though; i am but a man. The prices were fair, though. And honestly, while i don't condone discrimination, if i was a young kid, I'd understand. But i was in there with my wife and two kids. I'm gonna pay. I ain't running. Just give me my ice cream after you scope it. Read the room. While the price was fair, i wouldn't return."
