"I come here often because the tea is genuinely so good. Refreshing, consistent, and always made right. The drinks are what keep me coming back. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my last few visits, I felt the need to say something. The staff here are incredibly kind and do their absolute best, but it’s clear they’re stretched way too thin. It honestly looks like chaos behind the counter. It feels like they’re doing the job of double the people. I especially love coming by for gallon deals like the one they had for Memorial Day. But the wait time this weekend was incredibly long (almost 20 minutes), and it was clear the staff was overwhelmed. With a big promotion like that, there should’ve been better preparation. More staff, more structure, something. It just didn’t seem fair to the team or the customers. It honestly felt like the store just isn’t equipped to handle that kind of volume. I love the product and respect the workers, but it’s frustrating to see them put in that position. Promotions are great, but only if the location is actually ready for the response. Hopefully next time, they’ll be better prepared."
