"What an exquisite idea! The bagel was so delicious and not as messy as expected. I enjoyed the crunch from the toasted bagel. I thought the guava and cheese was tasty and a nice sweet/tang mixture. I will say the staff left something to desire. We were there August 31 for the holiday and was greeted with an unfriendly staffer. Quite surprised my morning. My niece also wanted a sweet cream cheese, which would have been perfect but the place only offered regular."

"Let me make this clear. This review is ONLY for the Green Chile Bagel Company, not the pizza side of NYP (awesome pizza there). After hearing about how great the bagels are from people I know, we decided to give this a shot. We arrived to NYP and said that we were there for the bagels. The server said they were all out of bagels and they won't get any in until Friday. This was on a Sunday at about 11:30 am. How can a business that is advertised as open and literally have the word "bagel" in the name NOT have any for the next 5 days?? Not a great business tactic."

"A great bagel. Being originally from the NY area, it is difficult to get a good bagel in the west. Green Chile bagels have the perfect chew and taste of a NY bagel. The everything bagel was well seasoned and the green Chile has the perfect amount of heat. Much better than any big name chain bagel place."

"Came out to $20 for two very basic bagels…. It’s a good thing I came in expecting them to have limited availability because they only had two bagels to choose from. Bagels would have been alright except they were stale and crunchy. Service was alright I guess, but a 20 minute wait is crazy in my opinion"
