from Google & Yelp"I came here based on the good reviews and just wanted to leave some honest feedback. The breakfast burrito was good and the ingredients were nice but overall served cold. Would’ve been better warmed up. The service and staff were friendly, but I caution you. Many of the wait staff are not appropriately dressed. One well endowed waitress literally had a crop top that covered half her breasts and the other half were just hanging out for All to see which is at eye-level when she walks up to your table. The whole staff was women so I assume it’s some sort of woman owned business. The bakery goods are fantastic! Had a chocolate croissant and a cinnamon roll both were excellent."
"We truly enjoyed breakfast in this lovely place with so nice staff. Wonderful choice of gluten free options, so good that I did not take a pic of the chocolate cake. Solomon went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We also enjoyed the Gallery close by, Miller Herritage was also so nice to meet. I would recommend stepping by this place"
"Great stop off coming back from a sunrise walk at Rio Grande Gorge. Zia breakfast and quiche both. Ery good. My hot chocolate with chilli and a shot of espresso was excellent. (The place was very busy so our 1130 hopes turned to 1230 before any food arrived but we could see that they had a constant flow of arrivals and the friendly staff did a good job of managing our wait. Lovely surroundings made it no problem to wander and sit in the sun till our table was ready.)"
"The coffee was really good, and the breakfast was nice too. I’d recommend calling ahead to make a reservation, because if you walk in like we did, the wait can be pretty long — almost 45 minutes."
"Awesome little cafe on a little compound with other shops and businesses. Got the Piccadillo Bison Empanadas and they were some of the best empanadas I’ve ever had. My drink of choice was the Mayan Warrior - half chosen for the name and half for the sweet caffeine. Kind service. Good focus on local, more sustainable food."
"El Prado is not exactly a booming city, or even town, but it does boast this super healthy, farm-fresh cafe in what passes for a mini mall in a field. It's..."
