My little brother sent my wife and I the best Christmas gift ever, and Zach (from Candlestick Coffee Roasters) pulled it off with flawless execution, a great product, and excellent customer service. We received a pound of small-batch, whole-bean coffee for about six-weeks via USPS; it was a different blend every week (Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea , Columbia, Peru, Mexico, and Sandia Summit). Zach included a very personalized hand-written note with the first and last shipments, that really set the tone. My only suggestion is to spread the shipments out to once a month; my wife and I drink a lot of coffee, but not that fast. Ha Ha Thanks again. "I don't know if it was a bad day or what, but it was our first time there, and we didn't feel welcomed at all. First, from the barista yelling, "(insert coffee order) for our number one investor." And seeing the person whose order looked confused to the attitude heavy sigh when my bf ordered a pour-over (which was served in a cup with a faint lipstick stain on the rim), at that point, we didn't want to go back in from our initial encounter. So he just drank from the other side of the cup because the pour-over was delicious, and my drink was good, too. Overall, the outside area was pretty and relaxing. It just sucks that it was our first time there, and we felt like an inconvenience/not welcomed for going."
