"What an absolute gem of a spot! I took my son here after an early morning appointment at the barbershop next door and was surprised to find such a cute(yet spacious) place so close to home! My son devoured his cinnamon roll before I could get a photo, but I managed to get some of the environment, which is what initially made me so astonished when I first walked in. The staff who helped us was incredible and warm. The atmosphere is beautiful, but more importantly, we felt welcome. Will definitely be back for another pastry or something sweeter! We did get a coffee for myself and I ended up getting a "royal milk tea", which was earl grey with lavender and oatmilk for the teen. He loved it!"

"I have heard about this place but never been and finally I could go there for a short visit . It is a very nice place and cool place to during hot summer! They variety of cooking stuff beside their bakery and coffee. I got cheesecake that I loved it perfect amount of sweetness and creamy and I can call it one of best cheesecakes that I had in Albuquerque. Latte wasn't so special and bit cold. I will come back 100% to try their breakfast with friends and I give them 4.2⭐️ for now."

"My wife and I love this place so much we almost want to gatekeep it—but it truly deserves all the praise and business it can get. The team is always kind, welcoming, and goes out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. It’s a smaller local spot, so every now and then there might be a small hiccup like an ingredient or drink being out of stock, but nothing out of the ordinary for a popular café. In our opinion, this place is highly underrated—and that’s probably just because not enough people know about it yet. Think of it as being in the same league as The Grove, Duran’s Pharmacy, or Indigo Crow. Fancies is absolutely a drive-worthy, go-to spot for drinks and breakfast. We genuinely hope this place continues to grow and sees nothing but success!"

"I’ve eaten here a handful of times, most recently a few weeks ago and now today. Last visit we had the best Italian chopped sandwich and soup with grilled cheese croutons. So sad to see those gone from the menu. I understand updating but seems like the establishment should just stick with a good thing based on previous reviews. I would have to agree, the new menu is lackluster and kind of boring. Service and coffee drinks are still great."

"Really great place for finding hard to get food and cooking items for around the world. There is a bakery and coffee shop inside. Get there early because bakery items do go fast. Lemon pound cake is delicious. They also have a grab and go area. Salads, sandwiches and dessert are available. There are tables and seats around the market to enjoy your meal."
