"I've been coming here for years, since they opened this location. It's always been such a cheerful, calming atmosphere. A few months ago, I had some issues with this location. The customer service was horrible and the drinks as well which made me very disappointed because I rather spend my money here than starbucks. I did reach out to management team about my bad experiences and they have done an amazing job turning things around. I once again enjoy coming in here and getting my coffee with amazing costumer service and that cheerful, calming atmosphere once again. I appreciate that they listen to there customers and took action to fix it. Thank you so much."

"Went this morning and car in front of me sped past order sign to window. Seems like they been waiting and no response. Well when I pulled up to order sign, same thing, no response. Wasn't like it was busy, no other customers front of business either. After a few quiet moments and I pulled up to window to see car in front of me and Barista look me dead in the eye from the order window as I pulled up behind previous car. After a moment it was my turn to pull up and they had shut the window, knowing I was coming up and that nothing was said at the order sign. They looked at me through the window like I was going to rob them and eventually slowly opened the order window. Told the barista (who said nothing to me) that I didn't hear anybody at the order sign and I was just going to go elsewhere, she said 'ok'. That's not how you do customer service. Just shook my head and left."

"My son told me about this place and their variety of drinks. Of course I had to try! There’s so many flavors to choose from, I was craving a caramel macchiato-I know, safe choice-but I’ve had some iffy caramel macchiatos where I wasn’t sure if it was caramel 🫤. I got the 32 oz with coconut milk, coffee strength is great, and right amount of ice. We also got a 32 oz beach bum, which tastes like berries and coconut. The flavors in the beach bum are blue raspberry, coconut, pineapple and Ziggis energy."

"The milkiest, most unbalanced latte I've had in a while. Got the bacon burrito, it looks absolutely awful but it tastes okay. Service was good, they all cared, and were attentive, but obviously the espresso machine or the barista knowledge just isn't there."
