"IS THERE A SAUCE SHORTAGE WE ARE RATIONING FOR?! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SAUCY DELICIOUS BURRITOS YOU USED TO SERVE?! This location AND Southern Blvd. Today was the last straw. After getting in the phone with the manager of the other location, we found an agreement that he’d make sure the sauce would fill the whole burrito. I even asked what I need to say to not sound like a jerk, while still making sure my burrito had the sauce ration of the good ol days. So trying the Unser location today, I asked them while ordering, even saying, “I don’t know how to ask without sounding weird or like a jerk, but the past several times I’ve gotten a burrito here, they are super dry.” The worker said, “yes sir. We will make sure there is plenty of sauce on there.” NOPE! Over half the burrito down and it was drier than a popcorn fart! I’m sick of calling them and asking for a remake after I drive off, get home and am ready to eat something I used to love. The sauce used to flow, and the cheesy was gooey, and life all made sense with a Strips Burrito in my hands… those days are gone. Oh, AND GIVE US SOME DAMN NAPKINS!!! …and wrap the dang burrito like a real New Mexican! It’s a family joke that we need to get napkins from home before we go to Strips, because EVERY DANG TIME, we get 1 napkin for 4 burritos! It doesn’t make any sense! …well, these days, the napkin to sauce ratio is starting to make more sense, I guess. When we have to ask for “Christy tortilla” just so we can more assure we will get a burrito that won’t open up on either end, is crazy! BEING BACK THE QUALITY, PLEASE!"

"12/30/25 - AWESOME Carnitas tacos. PRICEY 3 for $9.00 and 2 for $7.00. Have 4 stars for the high price. 7/17/25 - Had the chicken tenders which were good. I rated a 1 STAR because they are using tomato paste trying to make ketchup which is ABSOLUTELY NASTY. I poured it down the skink and the strong smell is tomato paste. TO THE OWNERS...SHAME ON YOU!!! 6/20/25- Again exceptional chicken tenders....BUT.... You are given less than a half of a cup of cole slaw....REALLY??? 6mos Ago 2025 - 2 orders purchased. Chicken finger basket is on point, plenty of food and tender."

"Ever since they opened up their doors I have a “go to” place to eat at least twice or three times a week. The food is always very good, food selection great and the staff always makes you happy with their service. But, the food itself is great, excellent quality, and the taste is wonderful and delicious. I love food made, New Mexico style, with lots of fresh ingredients, hot chili (red or green), fresh herbs, etc. I love the green chili and cheese fries and the low price that comes with it, too. But, I have to go now, I’m getting hungry, bye😉! Mike Suazo"

"I'm gonna be honest I think when you open one store and it does amazing you should maybe not try and expand too much. This place was a great option to Blake's when it first opened but now it's just overpriced and lazy made burrritos. They can't wrap a burrito to save their lives and I'm sure it's teenagers that work there but still be invested in your business and make sure they do it right all the time. The burritos are dry and lack flavor. SMH yall got to do better then this especially because your establishment is all about Veteran owned and I'm all for that but dang your burros are not good anymore."

"Long story less long…. Stripes chicken sandwich is a simple sandwich, yet is packs so much flavor. The bread that they’ve opted to use complements the crispy chicken cutlet that is fried to perfection(GBD… IYKYK) topped with fresh garnish, and the star of the sandwich is the green chili ranch, and let me tell you about the green chili ranch… it’s pure culinary alchemy, do yourself a favor and try one for yourself, but don’t compare this chicken sandwich to anything else because it’s in a class by itself."
