"I had an excellent breakfast experience! The red and green chile were both packed with flavor—just the right kick—and the green definitely brought more heat. The huevos rancheros came in a generous portion and tasted fantastic, and the breakfast burrito with bacon was another standout. I highly recommend getting it smothered with Christmas chile for the perfect balance of spice and richness. The customer service was just as impressive. I placed my order by phone, and they were friendly, patient, and helpful. When I picked up my food, I was surprised to find they had even decorated my to-go bag—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel extra special. "I ordered the huevos rancheros on Uber eats I ordered the egg over medium and it came to me almost raw! I microwaved it for a minute and the yolk was still extremely gooey and undercooked. I work with food for a living so I know the difference between over easy and straight up raw yolk. I want to reddit this Threw it in the microwave for another few minutes to cook the egg. Despite cooking the egg it still upset my stomach. The manager kind of tried his best to rectify it and its not their fault I have to go through uber eats for a refund. Although, uber eats its notoriously difficult for refunds and I wish he wouldve at least offered a credit since they served me undercooked poultry! Its sad because the food here is good but I have very little desire to go back and they definitely lost an uber eats regular. The tomato soup is good though. I want to add. I ASKED FOR AN EGG OVER MEDIUM medium implies that the egg is still a little raw but partially. Cooked. What I was served was a gooey egg. That calling that egg over easy doesnt sound right because it was so undercooked that I expected a baby chick to come out clucking I KNOW EGG TEXTURE as a chef and this was not an egg over easy it was legit raw it was disgusting"
