from Google"This is a hidden gem in downtown Albuquerque. I came across Es Que when looking for a source of Wi-Fi. I didn’t eat here. Still, I did have a coffee and this was very impressive to me because it was prepared in a French press, which is pretty rare in my experience and one of the best ways to make coffee, but the interior is very cozy and warm and the chef/owner is a very nice guy. I plan to go back for a meal in the near future."
"Absolutely stupendous, you have to eat here. I got the lion's mane & oyster mushroom breakfast burrito with green and red salsa, and hands down that's one of the best burritos I've ever had. The flavors and textures blend so perfectly. Such a great vibe in there too, and David the chef was super friendly and down to earth."
"Amazing food. The green chile stew is amazing. Very unique style with original twists"
"The food is delicious and the owner is awesome! I got the carnal sandwich which I would definitely go back for again. The perfect combination of brisket and mellow pickled onion. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!"
"An absolute gem. The chef here is passionate about food and cooks like a loving grandmother (highest compliment). Chef and team are also immersed in the community and stand by their belief in serving locally sourced ingredients at affordable prices. A place like this is only possible by way of hard work and dedication: the food at Es Que is enriched by this commitment."
